Justice - Clothing and accessories, just for girls
Justice is a clothing and apparel company aimed at girls between the ages of 7 and 14. Justice sells a variety of products, including apparel, shoes, jewelry, room décor and more. Their clothing is marketed exclusively to young girls, and the brand is designed as a one-stop shopping place for all preteen girl needs. They offer products such as pillows featuring boy band One Direction, Monster High dolls and a Justin Bieber toothbrush. Justice has a customer loyalty program featuring J-Bucks that are offered at special times during the year. J-Bucks generally redeem for $25 off a purchase of over $50. Following trends closely, Justice offers current stylish and trendy items that young girls are interested in. You can generally find branded merchandise for popular music, games, and toys at the retailer.
Justice - a Tween Brand sensation
Justice is owned by Ascena Retail Group, who bought Justice operating company Tween Brands, Inc., in 2009. Tween Brands also operates a young boy's clothing store called Brothers. Justice absorbed the Limited Too brand in 2008 when the Limited Too was discontinued. There are now over 900 Justice stores in the United States. Dress Barn bought the company in 2009 and changed its name to Ascena Retail Group, Inc. The first Justice store was launched in 2004 under the name Justice: Just for Girls. In June of 2012, the number of Justice stores was over 920 and outsold mega-retail giants like Walmart and Target in the girls' apparel category in some fiscal quarters.
