Foodland is a grocery store chain that operates exclusively in Hawaii. They have a branded shop where you can purchase reusable bags, koozies, t-shirts and hats. The retailer sells a variety of canned goods, including canned vegetables, canned fish and canned fruits. The baking aisle carries flour, baking soda, sugar and yeast. There is a meat section that offers fresh cuts of pork, chicken, beef and fish. Prescription refills and immunizations can be obtained in the in store pharmacy, and party platters are sold in the catering department. A variety of teas and coffees are available, as well as accessories like coffee filters, tea bags and creamer. The adult beverage section carries beer and wine, and other beverages like soda, juice and milk can also be found. The dairy section offers cheeses, cream, milk and yogurt. Local products are offered whenever possible, from local growers like Hamakua Farms, Hawaiian Crown and Sugarland brands.

Foodland is Hawaii's largest grocery retailer that is locally owned and operated. Founded in 1948 by Maurice Sullivan, the brand has grown to 32 locations since the first store opened. There are over 2,500 employees across all locations, and the current CEO of the company is Jenai Wall. The retailer engages in community programs, like Give Aloha, which is a donation matching program benefitting local non-profit organizations. Since its inception in 1999, this program has resulted in $14 million being raised for local causes. The most recent location, Foodland Kapolei, opened in October of 2012.
